17 May 2021 – National Property Data, an Australian-owned company, has announced the first release of its new data platform, set to rival major property data providers across the country.
“Australian property professionals need access to accurate and comprehensive property insights, quickly,” says Chief Operating Officer, Don Harb. “In developing Release 1 of our platform, we have drawn on a variety of reliable data sources and combined them with a real focus on user experience, to provide a platform that gives agents, developers and valuers the data and insights they need, in just a few clicks.”
National Property Data’s platform is built on more than 40 years’ of property data history, and comprises 4 million property records and 40 million images, for NSW alone. With owned data updated daily and third party data updated weekly, it delivers unlimited access to its data for all its users.
“We don’t just want to make using data easy, we want to make subscribing to it easy too,” says Don. “We have one simple package that gives a user access to all of our data, all of our tools and our local, expert support team, so there’s no confusion or complexity to getting started.”
The new platform introduces the company’s unique ‘singular search’, a concept derived from decades of experience in property data and the insights of its specialist user experience team.
“The singular search is a simple feature, but a bit of a game changer,” says Don. “Instead of typing an address, searching, filtering, searching some more, then jumping to a different platform for different data; our users can complete simple or detailed searches of our entire data offering – property history, listing details, current sales and leasing information – from the homepage, in one click.”
National Property Data’s platform also offers a modern, automated and customisable CRM builder, a customisable Automated Valuation Machine (AVM) for price estimation, and what has been dubbed by customers, the industry’s leading property Mapping platform.
“We have delivered a product that has all the needs of property professionals covered,” Don shared. “But that doesn’t mean we’re finished!
