We are Aussies, making data more accessible to Aussies. All of our data is gathered from local sources and stays right here in Australia.
We make Australia home.
National Property Data is proudly 100% Australian-owned. That’s important to us.
Founded by three Aussies who believe in providing quality property data, to property professionals, from a truly Australian company, we are keeping our data at home.
Aussie homes are unique.
On the inside, they are filled with good yarns, tall tales and endless banter.
They host nannas who swat sneaky hands from Tim Tams, mums who cure everything with vegemite toast, and dads out the back, barbie fired up, tongs at the ready.
On the surface, our homes may seem the same.
But when we look closer, there are a lot of differences. That’s what makes us special.
At National Property Data, we know Aussie homes are important; both the people who live in them and the houses themselves.
We take pride in the fact we have almost 40 years of data about the very different homes, land and businesses – the properties – that play host to our unique and special Aussie families.
We work to provide Australia’s property professionals – real estate agents, valuers and developers – with the data and insights you need to help all Australians make better property decisions, faster.
